Wir verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber Anlagen f\u00fcr das Strahlen mit Sand und Stahlkies (Kugelstrahlen) zur Oberfl\u00e4chenvorbereitung von Bauteilen bis zu <strong>20 Tonnen Gewicht und Abmessungen von bis zu 6.000 \u00d7 18.000 mm<\/strong>. Damit stellen wir eine fachgerechte und normgerechte Vorbereitung der Oberfl\u00e4chen sicher. Zus\u00e4tzlich f\u00fchren wir Sandstrahlarbeiten auch <em>in situ<\/em> durch und passen uns flexibel an Bauteile jeder Gr\u00f6\u00dfe an, wenn die Bearbeitung direkt in den Anlagen des Kunden erforderlich ist.  <\/p>\n<p>Zum Einsatz kommen verschiedenste Korrosionsschutzsysteme \u2013 von <strong>Alkydharz-, Chlorkautschuk- und Epoxidbeschichtungen bis hin zu Polyurethan-, Silikat- oder Vinylbeschichtungen<\/strong>. Die Applikation erfolgt projektabh\u00e4ngig \u00fcber manuelle Verfahren, konventionelle Spritztechnik oder Airless-Systeme. Sowohl im Werk als auch auf der Baustelle kombinieren wir geeignete Vorbehandlungs- und Beschichtungstechniken, um langlebige, belastbare und auf die jeweiligen Anforderungen der Stahlkonstruktion abgestimmte Beschichtungen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.
